For over two decades, I have helped organizations of all sizes design, streamline, and strengthen their project and portfolio management (PM and PPM) practices, as well as set up or improve their project management offices (PMOs).
In short-term engagements I design and implement simple, pragmatic, and actionable project management frameworks. For long-term transformations, I partner with organizations that already manage projects well. I help them turn that experience into a single, harmonized standard shared across their entire business.
Mature organizations running many projects in parallel require more than methodological standardization; they need robust operational and strategic governance across their entire project portfolio. This is where I come in: implementing project portfolio management (PPM) processes and tools, setting up dedicated governance bodies, and designing or optimizing the PMO.

Since starting my career as a project management consultant in 2005, I have worked in international, multicultural, and multilingual contexts (English, French, and German).
I have extensive experience in France and Germany, with further assignments in Luxembourg, Austria, the Czech Republic, China, and the United States.
