A graduate of HEC Paris and founder of Oïkos Consulting & Training, I have spent over two decades advising organizations and helping professionals strengthen their project management capabilities across Europe and internationally (China, United States).
Recognized as an expert in leading project management standards (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum), my work spans organizational consulting (PM, PPM, PMO), operational advisory for complex projects and programs, and the design and delivery of customized training solutions.
As a lecturer (maître de conférences associé*) at the University of Strasbourg since 2011, I direct the Master’s Program in International Project Management and also deliver specialized trilingual courses (German, English, French) across several universities and higher education institutions in France and Germany.
Passionate about knowledge sharing, I authored a widely used French-language reference handbook published by Vuibert in 2020, and have been a French-speaking LinkedIn Learning instructor since 2023.
