E-learning development
Since 2014, I have been developing large‑scale digital learning programs on project management for leading European companies. These fully customized courses — comprising more than 100 multilingual videos — are designed to integrate directly into each company’s existing e-learning environment.
Pathways to project management excellence
My e‑learning programs are designed to strengthen project management practices by combining multilingual video tutorials, interactive learning activities, and formal competency assessments.
Each module typically includes around ten short videos available in multiple languages with optional subtitles. The content explains key principles of project management while reflecting each organization’s own methodology — its governance model, project lifecycle, documentation, and tools.
Engaging learning activities are included in various formats: fill‑in‑the‑blank exercises, drag‑and‑drop interactions, clickable graphics, matching activities, and true/false questions. A final knowledge check allows learners to validate their understanding.
Completing the full e‑learning pathway is often a prerequisite for taking part in corporate projects or attending advanced in‑person training, ensuring a consistent level of practice across the organization.
A proven four-phase production workflow
Drawing on extensive experience in instructional design and oversight of media production, I manage the entire process through a proven four‑phase workflow.
PHASE 1 – CONCEPT & VISUAL VALIDATION. After an initial needs analysis, a sample video and supporting demo materials reflecting the client’s brand identity are produced to obtain formal approval of all visual components.
PHASE 3 – FILMING & POST-PRODUCTION. Shooting takes place in a professional studio or on‑site at the client’s premises. Editing and post‑production are completed by an audiovisual partner with over twenty years of experience, ensuring results of the highest quality.
PHASE 2 – STORYBOARDING & CONTENT DESIGN. I write full scripts and storyboards, create graphics, and develop the learning activities and final assessment. All materials are thoroughly reviewed and approved before production begins.
PHASE 4 – DELIVERY & LMS INTEGRATION. After review and any fine‑tuning, I deliver the final multimedia assets. Where needed, I collaborate with client teams to build interactive SCORM modules (e.g., in Articulate 360) and integrate them into their LMS platform (e.g., SuccessFactors).
