E-learning development
Since 2014, I have developed several large-scale digital learning programs on project management for leading international companies. These fully customized courses comprise more than 100 multilingual videos and are designed to integrate completely into each company’s training ecosystem.
My e-learning programs rapidly and at scale secure the adoption of a shared project culture and consistent practices across the organization. They combine multilingual video tutorials, interactive learning activities, and a final assessment.
For most of my clients, completing the full e-learning path is a prerequisite for participating in corporate projects or attending advanced in-person training. This ensures a consistent level of practice across the organization.
Drawing on extensive experience in instructional design and oversight of media production, I manage the entire process with qualified partners.
